Job Description:

The Sales Manager - Embedded Technologies role at IC Resources involves driving sales growth and revenue for our Embedded Computing Division. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and build strong relationships with customers.

About the Role:

This role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who can develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing bespoke solutions to meet their needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives growth and revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop bespoke solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering (electronics, computer science, aerospace, etc.) or commercial discipline.
  • Proven experience in selling embedded computing solutions, particularly in rugged computing systems for defence, aerospace, and transportation.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information.
