Embedded Computing Solutions Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead growth in our Embedded Computing Division. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will drive new business by engaging high-potential customers and developing bespoke solutions for key markets such as Transportation, Aerospace, and Defence.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth through strategic customer engagement and solution development.
  • Build strong relationships across all levels to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, aligning strategies with industry demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and close deals.
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering (electronics, computer science, aerospace, etc.) or commercial discipline.
  • Proven experience in selling embedded computing solutions, particularly in rugged computing systems for defence, aerospace, and transportation.
  • Strong relationship management skills and a successful sales track record.
  • Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information.
