Looper Insights is a leading provider of data and insights across Connected TV (CTV) and web stores. With a dynamic culture that celebrates group and individual success, we have lean teams of super-smart, hard-working colleagues who collaborate closely to produce a valuable service for an industry about which we are all passionate.We are looking for a highly experienced VP Sales to join our team and drive our revenue growth and sales strategy forward. As a member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for leading and scaling the sales organisation, driving customer acquisition, and expanding market share globally. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $180,000 - $250,000 per annum.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Executing the sales strategy by recognising and prioritising markets, maximising sales opportunities, collaborating with other senior executives to align sales efforts with overall company objectives, and developing and implementing strategic plans and objectives in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Leading and managing the sales team by establishing distinct performance projections and targets for the sales team, providing continual coaching and assessment, and cultivating a culture of partnership, responsibility, inclusivity, and continual advancement within the sales team.
- Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify areas for business expansion, and continuously evaluating and refining sales processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
