Sales Growth Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team in the West Midlands area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and growing new business opportunities, securing new customers, and maximizing revenue growth.
About the Role
- Work closely with our regional operations team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target high-potential sectors to maximize conversion rates and deliver maximum spend on newly acquired accounts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to ensure retention and grow their business.
- Collaborate with our wider sales teams to share leads and opportunities within the Customer Pyramid.
What We're Looking For
- A proven track record of securing and growing new business with spending accounts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present commercial arguments formally to senior external stakeholders.
- A strong work ethic, with a positive 'can do' attitude and a high level of motivation to succeed.
Salary and Benefits
- An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- A competitive bonus scheme.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including a company car, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and additional holiday purchase scheme.
