Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales function and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and managing sales teams, with expertise in B2B sales and complex sales cycles.

This role will involve building and managing our sales pipeline, closing deals, and partnering with our CEO on go-to-market strategy as we expand our customer base and enter new markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure. They will also play a key role in shaping our sales strategy and identifying opportunities for growth.

As a member of our senior leadership team, the Sales Director will report directly to the CEO and have a significant impact on the company's overall success. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to join a dynamic team and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Closing deals with mid-market and enterprise B2B Tech businesses
  • Partner with the CEO on go-to-market strategy and sales pipeline development
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Expertise in B2B sales and complex sales cycles
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
