Job Overview
The key objective of the Partnership & Client Success Executive at Halfords for Business is to provide exceptional client support and drive business growth. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and negotiating contracts to ensure long-term partnerships.
This position reports to a Partnership & Client Success Manager and requires close collaboration with the wider team. Key responsibilities include lead generation, cross-selling of Halfords for Business products and services, onboarding new clients, legal compliance, financial management, marketing, and communication to drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Partnership & Client Success Manager in the ongoing management of key partnerships within all H4B areas.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on client acquisition, retention, and account growth.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, using this knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
