Business Development Representative

At Howden Group Holdings, we're looking for a skilled and ambitious Commercial Account Executive to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, from sole traders to large organizations, and working closely with our Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
About the Role:- You will have a proven track record of winning new business and building lasting relationships with B2B clients.
- You must have a passion for business development through marketing, community engagement, networking, and client meetings.
- You will be tenacious and have a business curiosity, allowing you to identify and explore new business opportunities.
- You are willing to learn and adapt to new situations, as every day will be different.
- You are consultative, able to question effectively, and an active listener, taking the time to fully understand client requirements and advising on products and solutions.
- 22 days holiday, increasing to 27 days through service (plus bank holidays).
