Administrative Support Coordinator

Service Care Solutions Ltd is looking for an experienced Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our adult learning service in Liverpool, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative tasks.
About the Role- You will provide administrative support to senior managers, including tasks such as data entry, mail distribution, and financial reconciliation.
- Staff the service helpline, offering advice and information on courses and signposting students to relevant services.
- Contribute to the development of publicity materials, internal certificates, and weekly bulletins.
This role offers a competitive salary of £14.40 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay) and a 35-hour working week between 9am and 4:30pm. The initial contract is for 3 months, with the possibility of extension after this period.
