Your Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students with complex needs, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver tailored support. Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment. Support students in developing essential life skills and building positive relationships.

Requirements

A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEN. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Relevant qualifications such as a Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or experience in care work are highly desirable.
