Autism Support Worker

As an Autism Support Worker with Creative Support Careers, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care and support to adults on the autism spectrum who may also have learning disabilities and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide daily living support and facilitate activities for individuals with complex needs; work closely with team members to maintain a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos; develop a diverse range of experiences and knowledge whilst maintaining flexible working patterns
Requirements:
* Essential: 12 months experience in a similar role; positive communication and engagement skills; ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support
* Desirable: experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £23,500 - £26,000 per annum, paid weekly; flexible working patterns to suit your circumstances; close collaboration with local managers to book shifts in advance; opportunity to develop a diverse range of experiences and knowledge
