We are seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN Specialist Educator to join our team, working on a supply basis in SEND schools in Liverpool.
About the Role:
">This challenging yet rewarding role requires the ability to provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND, using structured teaching methods and visual aids to enhance student learning and engagement.
You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to develop social skills, manage sensory sensitivities, and navigate daily school routines, ensuring all students have equal access to education.

- Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND in a school or similar setting.
- A strong understanding of SEND-specific teaching strategies and approaches.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the development and well-being of students with autism.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and adapt to the changing needs of students and the school.
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and ensuring all students have equal access to education.
