About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Workers to join our team and support an individual with autism and a learning disability in the WIDNES area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 360 wrap-around support to the individual, covering all aspects of their life.
  • Support the individual during good times and difficult periods, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Have a good understanding of autism and mental health, and be able to provide support and guidance accordingly.
  • Be a positive advocate for the individual and promote their rights and interests.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Think creatively and outside the box to solve issues and overcome day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism
