About Us:
We are a specialist care provider, committed to delivering person-centred care and support to individuals with autism and learning disabilities.
About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Workers to join our team and support an individual with autism and a learning disability in the WIDNES area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 360 wrap-around support to the individual, covering all aspects of their life.
- Support the individual during good times and difficult periods, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Have a good understanding of autism and mental health, and be able to provide support and guidance accordingly.
- Be a positive advocate for the individual and promote their rights and interests.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Think creatively and outside the box to solve issues and overcome day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism
