Autism Support Specialist

This is a truly rewarding role that supports people to live life to the full. As a Senior Support Worker with Autism Initiatives, you will work in partnership with autistic individuals to enable them to live as independently as possible and be part of their local community.

You will have a proactive approach and commit to supporting people in a positive way. You will demonstrate best practice and be a role model for your team. An NVQ or Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, but a genuine passion for person-centred support is key to success.

RequirementsPlease note that this role requires an enhanced DBS disclosure, which will be met by Autism Initiatives. We also require minimum of two reference contact details, one being your current/most recent employer.
Estimated salary: £25,570 per annum pro rata based on 39 hours per week.
