At Gray Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced and compassionate Autism Support Professional to join our team in supporting a gentleman in his 40s with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Schizophrenia. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-on-one support 24/7, promoting the individual's independence and well-being.

The ideal candidate will have social care experience, ideally within Autism and Schizophrenia, and hold a full UK driving license. They will also have experience in encouraging individuals with complex health needs and Learning Disabilities, as well as implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments.

We are looking for a driver who can provide transportation for the individual to access the community and engage in activities they enjoy, such as going out in their car, spending time with family, and visiting the café and Albert Docks.

The role offers a competitive salary of £11.55 per hour and requires a male-only team on both day and night shifts. If you are a motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a difference in someone's life, please apply.
