The role of a Senior Support Worker at Autism Initiatives requires a resilient and friendly individual who can work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality support. You will have a can-do approach and be committed to supporting people in a positive, creative way that enables them to live a fulfilled life.

An NVQ or Diploma Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is desirable, but a genuine passion for providing person-centred support is key to being successful in this role.
