Job Description
We are seeking an experienced autism service manager to lead our therapeutic support team in delivering exceptional care to students with neurodiverse needs. As a specialist leader in neurodevelopmental support, you will be responsible for coordinating line management, developing assessment and intervention plans, and collaborating with site staff to ensure seamless delivery of therapeutic support.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate line management of onsite clinical teams
• Develop and implement bespoke assessment and intervention plans
• Collaborate with site staff to deliver effective therapeutic support
• Contribute to staff training and consultation
• Support integration of specific services within day-to-day running of each provision

Salary and Benefits
Competitive salary £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits package including life assurance pension scheme, flexible benefit options, and 'Your Wellbeing Matters' mental health support services.

Candidate Requirements
Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Minimum 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children, clear report writing skills, experience providing supervision and supporting therapy teams, full UK valid driving licence and access to own vehicle.
