Job Overview

The Lifeway's Group is a leading provider of specialist support services for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries, Mental Health and complex care needs across the UK.

We are seeking a Senior Mental Health Services Leader to lead our team in making a real difference. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing multi-site teams and supporting change management with new Digital Technology.

This role offers a competitive salary package of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, including a matched pension scheme, life insurance, sick pay, car mileage, and access to other benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a local/regional leadership team to drive quality, health & safety, and compliance, achieving all CQC regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and implementing remedial action plans to improve business performance.
  • Embedding consistent standards and quality across multiple sites.

Experience managing services for adults with complex needs is beneficial but not essential.
