About the Role

We are recruiting a highly skilled Autism Care Worker to support an individual with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Schizophrenia in their own home in the Liverpool area.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in social care, ideally within Autism and Schizophrenia, and experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments.

As a member of our male-only support team, you will work closely with the individual we support, promoting their independence and well-being. You will also be responsible for encouraging the individual to engage in activities they enjoy, such as going out in their car, spending time with family, and going for walks to the café and Albert Docks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 support to the individual in their own home
  • Encourage independence and promote well-being
  • Implement detailed care plans and risk assessments
  • Work closely with the male-only support team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in social care, ideally within Autism and Schizophrenia
  • Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments
  • A full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
