Support Worker for Children with Complex Needs

Pick for Britain is seeking an experienced Childcare Assistant to provide support to a young boy with cerebral palsy. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily personal care activities, developing and implementing engaging play plans, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children with complex health needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A car driver with access to their own vehicle is also essential for this position.
This is a part-time role, working 18 hours per week, with a salary of £13 per hour. We offer a range of benefits, including flexible holiday pay and pension scheme, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
