About the Role

This social worker will target support to children who are at risk of family breakdown, struggling with emotional and behavioural difficulties, experiencing neglect, domestic abuse, parental mental health issues, and/or substance/alcohol misuse issues.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • a strong understanding of child development and family dynamics
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • sound knowledge of relevant legislation and policies
