### Salary

### Job Description

We are seeking a Male Support Specialist to join our team in the Liverpool region. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who have various diagnoses, including Learning Disability, Autism, Personality Disorders, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), and Substance Misuse issues. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one support 24 hours a day, enabling these individuals to live independently in their own homes. Our team members are used to lone working, and it is essential that you are comfortable working independently.

Our clients enjoy a variety of activities, including walking, visiting locations like the airport, the football, or the Albert Dock. As a Male Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting these individuals in a way that promotes their independence, autonomy, and overall well-being.

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Full UK Driving License
* Previous experience working in Social Care, with a focus on supporting vulnerable individuals with complex mental health diagnoses
* Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviors
* Experience implementing detailed care plans and risk assessments
* Current Right to Work in the UK and at least 6 months of employment in the UK
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
