Job Overview
">Exclusive Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team in the North West. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with complex needs across various age groups.

Key Responsibilities:
">
  1. Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
  2. Provide one-on-one support to students with complex needs, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  3. Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
">
  • A relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3) is desirable.
  • Previous experience working with children in the last two years is essential.
  • Experience supporting students across EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, and KS5 is required.
  • Two professional references working with children are necessary.
  • A current DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one is mandatory.
