Supporting Pupils with Complex Needs

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Exclusive Education. This role offers the opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support, specifically those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to pupils from KS2 through to KS4. This will involve working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of pupils.
Responsibilities- Support pupils with their academic and personal development.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of pupils.
- Provide one-to-one support to pupils, as well as group work and activities to promote social and emotional skills.
- A relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g., NCFE, CACHE, or NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3).
- Eligibility to work in the UK or UK residency.
- Previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years.
- Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- Previous KS2, KS3, and KS4 experience.
- Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Two references working with children.
- A current DBS registration or willingness to apply for a new one.
- A daily rate of £86-£90.
- Ongoing support from dedicated consultants.
- Commitment to quality and safeguarding.
- A streamlined clearance process.
