About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Engagement and Inclusion Team as a Patient Information Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient information services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the efficient and effective working of the Trust Patient Information Group
  • Review documents to ensure they meet the latest information standards
  • Organize and support training and meetings
  • Manage the diaries and correspondence of the Engagement and Inclusion Team

Requirements

  • Experience in organizing online meetings
  • Able to work on own initiative effectively prioritize and organize own work, whilst understanding the need to seek advice when necessary
  • Literacy and keyboard skills
  • Experience in handling sensitive & confidential information

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Basic knowledge or awareness of current NHS patient information standards
