We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Engagement and Inclusion Team as a Patient Information Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy office environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient services.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the efficient and effective working of the Trust Patient Information Group
- Review and ensure documents meet the latest information standards
- Organize and support training and meetings
- Manage diaries and correspondence for the Engagement and Inclusion Team

Requirements
- Experience in organizing online meetings
- Able to work on own initiative, effectively prioritize and organize own work, whilst understanding the need to seek advice when necessary
- Literacy and keyboard skills
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience of working in a customer care environment
- Basic knowledge or awareness of current NHS patient information standards
