We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Pearson. As a key member of our Assessment & Qualifications team, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process for Assessment Associates (AAs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to applicants and stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
  3. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including bank details, HMRC data, and personal information.
  4. Coordinate logistical aspects of Senior AA Interviews, including venue booking, accommodation, and travel arrangements.
  5. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across various systems and processes.
  6. Collaborate with hiring managers to improve the recruitment process and implement effective solutions.
