About the Role
The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Patient Information Administrator to join our Engagement and Inclusion Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective working of the Trust Patient Information Group.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the efficient and effective working of the Trust Patient Information Group
- Review documents to ensure they meet the latest information standards
- Organise and support training and meetings
- Manage the diaries and correspondence of the Engagement and Inclusion Team
About the Team
The Engagement and Inclusion Team is a relatively new team within the Trust, and we are committed to growing and developing our services to meet the needs of our patients. As a Patient Information Administrator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of our patients and contribute to the improvement of our services.
Requirements
- Experience in organising online meetings
- Able to work on own initiative effectively prioritise and organise own work, whilst understanding the need to seek advice when necessary
- Literacy and keyboard skills
- Experience in handling sensitive & confidential information
