  • Review and ensure documents meet the latest information standards
  • Organize and support training and meetings
  • Manage diaries and correspondence for the Engagement and Inclusion Team

Requirements

  • Experience in organizing online meetings
  • Able to work on own initiative, effectively prioritize and organize own work, whilst understanding the need to seek advice when necessary
  • Literacy and keyboard skills
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a customer care environment
  • Basic knowledge or awareness of current NHS patient information standards
