The post holder will actively manage patient flow from admission to discharge, coordinating with relevant clinical teams and Care Groups as needed to resolve flow issues efficiently. This position will function as 'Silver on site' during daytime hours and will collaborate with Silver on Call colleagues according to established escalation protocols. Building strong working relationships with clinical teams across the Trust and community settings will be essential. The candidate should possess recent management experience within the NHS, including oversight of operational matters such as staff management, budget responsibilities, and performance targets.
