Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the delivery of medical services within the organization.
  • Guide and mentor clinical personnel, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices.
  • Promote a culture of ongoing improvement and excellence in care.

Essential Qualifications:

  • RCGP Certificate Level 1 in Management of Drug Misuse.
  • RCGP Part 1 in Management of Alcohol Problems in Primary Care.
  • Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or equivalent GP certification, along with RCGP Certificate Level 2 in Management of Drug Misuse.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting team members.

It is mandatory to hold current GMC registration for this role.
