Job Title: Clinical Services Director

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of our clinical services. This includes the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes and experience.
  • Oversee the management of clinical services, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards, including CQC.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current active registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • Experience in clinical leadership and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
