About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Engagement and Inclusion Team as a Patient Information Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient services at The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the efficient working of the Trust Patient Information Group, ensuring effective processes are in place.
- Review documents to ensure they meet the latest information standards.
- Organize and support training and meetings for the Engagement and Inclusion Team.
- Manage the diaries and correspondence of the Engagement and Inclusion Team.
Requirements
- Experience in organizing online meetings and working on own initiative.
- Literacy and keyboard skills, with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Knowledge of IT software, including MS Teams, and good understanding of confidentiality issues.
- Good standard of education, including good verbal English, and experience in an administrative role.
