About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in NEC contract administration and a proven track record in managing project finances. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and manage monthly revenue forecasts to ensure accuracy and timely identification of potential risks or opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with NEC contracts to minimize financial exposure and ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Work closely with project teams to develop and maintain accurate cost controls, budgetary management, and profitability analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution, timely resolution of issues, and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the management of variations, claims, and contractual changes in accordance with NEC processes, ensuring appropriate financial recovery where applicable.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow forecasting, and cost/value reconciliations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of commercial strategies that align with business objectives and enhance profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, legal, and operations to ensure comprehensive management of contractual and financial obligations.

Estimated Salary Range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
