We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inside Sales Team Leader to join our team at Zimmer Biomet. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for developing and managing the Inside Sales strategy and team for the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Inside Sales strategy and plan for the UK
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive sales performance
- Oversee competence development, coaching, and best practice sharing within the team
- Support the strategic development of our Inside Sales function in the UK
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales excellence and customer satisfaction
- Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of sales tools and technologies, including Salesforce
