Job Title: Field Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our team of Field Sales Executives in the M4 Corridor region. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, exceeding sales targets, and implementing proven sales strategies to ensure consistent over-performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Field Sales Executives to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets within your designated geographical area.
- Provide guidance and direction to each team member to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Follow and implement clear proven sales strategies, plans, and procedures to ensure consistent over-performance.
- Communicate with clarity and purpose to persuade and convince others, promoting goals with conviction.
- Collaborate with other areas of the business to enhance and streamline sales processes and customer satisfaction.
- Share knowledge and best practice to promote success.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry influencers and strategic partners.
- Oversee sales forecasting and set performance goals.
- Analyse market trends to identify customer needs, sales potential, and pricing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing sales teams and driving profitability, motivating your team to excel.
- Expertise in managing sales funnels and converting leads into tangible results.
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and targets.
- Excellent communication, influencing, negotiating, presentation, and Excel skills.
- A results-oriented, self-motivated, hands-on, and inspirational approach with strong organisational skills.
- Previous experience of leading, motivating, and coaching teams through periods of change.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills to understand data.
- Able to problem-solve and come up with solutions to optimise outcomes.
