We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as a Hub Leader, responsible for driving the success of our Inside Sales function in the UK. As a key member of our EMEA organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial model and embracing Next-Generation Sales Excellence.

What You'll Achieve
  • Develop and manage the Inside Sales strategy and team for the UK, driving sales performance and fostering a strong team culture.
  • Oversee competence development, coaching, best practice sharing, and recruiting within your team, ensuring seamless onboarding and transition of new Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Support the strategic development of our Inside Sales function in the UK, collaborating with our EMEA Inside Sales Leader and other stakeholders to drive growth and excellence.
  • Monitor and track Hub performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted actions to drive continued growth and development.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven sales team leadership and coaching experience, with a strong analytical understanding to drive performance and customer understanding.
  • Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Strong familiarity with digital channels, inside selling process excellence, and experience using sales tools (e.g., SalesForce analytics & reporting).
  • Positive assessment of experience in customer care and sales, especially in digital channels, and complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling, and social networks.
  • Preferred: Knowledge related to medical devices/orthopaedics.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in technical fields).
  • At least 3-5 years inside sales experience, preferably in a team leadership role.
  • Preferred: Additional previous experience in medical devices/orthopaedics.
  • Language: Proficiency in English.
