About the Role

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and GPOs
  • Utilizing virtual tools and channels to engage with customers and deliver presentations
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data, including cycle management and sales activities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Inside sales experience and a passion for leveraging virtual tools and channels for sales
  • Commercial, customer, and results orientation, with an account management mindset and ability to build long-term relationships
  • Excellent communication, oral, and written skills
  • Capacity for multitasking and passion to continuously learn
  • Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce
