Sales Representative

Zimmer Biomet is a global medical technology leader, and we're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and GPOs.
- Utilize virtual tools and channels to engage with customers and facilitate sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
- Inside sales experience, with a strong background in customer care and sales.
- Excellent communication, oral, and written skills.
- Ability to multitask and continuously learn.
- Familiarity with digital channels and management of standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce.
