Key Account Manager

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving long-term sales growth and customer satisfaction within the UK & Ireland region. This role will involve direct customer interaction and technology-enabled selling, with a focus on end-to-end ownership of inside sales tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively identify sales opportunities and uncover potential leads for growth
* Prepare customized offers and proposals for potential customers
* Negotiate and close contracts with customers
* Develop comprehensive account plans and engage relevant stakeholders
* Present the value proposition to potential clients through digital channels
Requirements
* Inside sales experience with a passion for leveraging virtual tools and strong presentation skills
* Commercial, customer, and results orientation with an account management mindset
* Excellent communication and oral skills
* Ability to multitask and continuously learn
* Familiarity with digital channels and standard computer tools from an inside sales channel, particularly Salesforce
* Customer care and sales experience in digital channels, with complementary training in sales techniques, customer care, business skills, social selling, and social networks
* Knowledge related to medical devices or inside selling
