Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Negotiator to join our team at Crux Careers in Swindon. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting newly listed properties and building strong client relationships.
About the Role
- Manage Client Relationships: You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by consistently providing exceptional client service.
- Time Management: Effective time management is key to ensuring that you maximise appointment and activity levels, resulting in increased sales and revenue for the company.
- Sales and Lead Generation: You will be required to solicit leads and promote newly listed properties to potential clients, resulting in successful sales and business growth.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator is required for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Problem-Solving: An analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving is required to overcome any obstacles that may arise in the sales process.
- Results-Driven: The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.
Working Arrangements:
- Work-Life Balance: The successful candidate will work Monday-Friday, with every other Saturday included in the working week.
- Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, plus a basic salary of £20,000 and a £300 monthly car allowance, making this an attractive opportunity for sales professionals looking to advance their careers.
