We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our senior management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our Westmead service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team, providing leadership and direction, and ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of staff, conducting regular supervisions, and contributing to the training and development of the team.

In this role, you will work closely with the Registered Manager, other members of the senior management team, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the service. You will also be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs, overseeing staff rotas, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
