Business Development Manager

Are you a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Pertemps ERP. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, connecting top talent with leading businesses across the DACH region and beyond.
About the Role- We offer a competitive salary of 60,000 euros per year, plus uncapped bonus structure.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing and screening candidates, building strong relationships with them, and supporting recruitment consultants by delivering high-quality candidate profiles. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Talent Sourcing and Screening: Source candidates using databases, job boards, and social media, and conduct interviews to assess their suitability and match them with client needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with candidates, providing support throughout recruitment to ensure a positive and successful experience.
- Support and Collaboration: Assist recruitment consultants by delivering high-quality candidate profiles and managing hiring projects efficiently.
- Job Advertising and Communication: Create and promote job adverts in English and German, and liaise between candidates and recruiters to manage expectations.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and ethical standards, maintaining high service levels for candidates.
