Atradius N.V. (Italy) is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Rome. As a key member of our Global BD and Sales Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth. With a strong understanding of the account receivables and collections environment, you will be able to identify new business opportunities and develop effective solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
We offer a competitive salary package of €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension, health insurance, and flexible working hours. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Pursue and close deals that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a proactive and adaptive professional with excellent communication skills. You should have a deep understanding of the account receivables and collections environment, as well as knowledge of Credit and Risk Management. If you are fluent in English and have a second language skill, it would be an advantage.
