Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our client's rapidly growing team in Cardiff. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with valued customers, applying your exceptional communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with experience in managing B2B accounts and delivering successful upselling achievements. You will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers, using your excellent telephone and email communication skills to manage accounts and address enquiries and concerns promptly.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for valued customers.
  • Use your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage accounts and address enquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Apply your expertise in B2B upselling to recommend relevant products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth.

You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless and efficient business operations. Your ability to resolve complaints professionally and effectively will ensure swift and satisfactory solutions to customer issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven sales & service expertise: 1+ years of experience in sales and customer service, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • B2B experience: A strong track record in managing B2B accounts with successful upselling achievements.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £28,000 per annum, regular pay increases, and a dedicated training budget for ongoing development.
