About the Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our experienced and dynamic field sales team at Aldermore Group.

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening and growing relationships with our well-established dealerships, while also expanding our presence in the Swansea, West & Mid Wales areas.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting regular dealer meetings to review performance, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities
  • Acting as a trusted partner to provide advice, coaching, and guidance to motor dealerships
  • Planning and implementing effective sales development strategies for the territory
  • Bringing creativity to generate new ideas and tactical plans to win new business
  • Using data to analyze market trends and provide insights to the business and dealers

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an exceptional individual with a high level of understanding in intermediary development and/or knowledge within the UK Motor/Finance market. You should possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to influence across the business, and a drive to succeed. Excellent time management and planning skills, fantastic communication, presenting, and negotiation skills at all management levels within a business are also essential.
