Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team in Cardiff, United Kingdom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve ambitious sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business expansion, leveraging market analysis and sales expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, staying ahead of the competition.
  • Train and mentor sales staff, providing support and professional development to enhance skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts, ensuring alignment and synergy.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis, with the ability to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred), with a focus on sales and marketing.
