Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Educators Wales. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for coordinating business processes, ensuring the implementation of robust systems and procedures. You will support all necessary administration functions for our delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To be the point of contact for the coordination of business processes within CAVC for Business, ensuring the implementation of robust systems and procedures.
- To devise and maintain office systems, including data management and filing, produce project documents, briefing papers, and presentations, as appropriate.
- To support the production of monthly verification and management reports which detail and analyse the outcomes of data monitoring and organise and attend meetings, ensuring the relevant people are well prepared.
- To work with the Learning and Development Solutions team to make all necessary preparations for internal/external audits, inspections, and assessments, including maintaining records and data as may be required which are identifiable, traceable, and retrievable.
- To maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of CAVC, projects, and awarding body eligibility requirements and act as the subject expert for assigned areas of responsibility.
- To contribute to the planning and support of marketing activities (networking events; social media and other activities) to support business development.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A strong attention to detail and analytical skills are also essential.
