">We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Wales. As a key member of our Business Services division, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience for both prospect business and existing customers.

- Provide tailored support to each of our prospect or existing customers during critical times such as contracting or renewing, communicating clearly and effectively the requirements and next steps, resulting in a frictionless great customer experience.">
- Be a direct point of contact for the customer, handling incoming customer queries such as billing and invoice queries, and updating product configuration user access, allowing the customer to maintain and ultimately grow their services with us.">
- Deliver an excellent customer journey by partnering with other teams to serve the customer and ensure the customer experience is good.">
- Have an administrative background and be proficient in Microsoft applications.">
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
