Upon joining, you'll undergo an initial virtual classroom-based orientation session. You'll then be assigned to a branch office for hands-on business training. Experienced mentors will guide you in learning valuable business skills, including management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.

You'll learn how to effectively communicate, influence, and interact with customers, vendors, and colleagues. This will enable you to develop long-lasting relationships with key business decision makers and market to local business partners.

Key responsibilities include developing new business, maintaining current relationships, understanding cost control, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a successful manager at Enterprise, you'll mentor, train, develop, manage, and promote staff, leading to pay increases and further promotions.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but professional experience can substitute if applicable.
  • You must have a full manual UK or EU driving licence; however, accommodations are made for applicants with disabilities.
  • No drug or alcohol-related offence on your driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is £22,000 - £30,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
