Business Development Manager

Compass Hospitality UK is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive new business and maintain existing revenues in the South of the UK.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced sales professional to develop key sales opportunities, enhance profitability, and grow business. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in your assigned territory.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of growing sales revenue. You will work closely with our hotel teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships with clients.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business and retain existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel teams and clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the UK
